Reviewing efficiency : Add a simple grep UI for plugin admins to local_plugins to grep all (or selected/current) plugin's code.

      I think this could be built under some "Plugins administration > review tools > grep" .

      ps: another idea here is some code analysis (heat map?) tool to look into how our core api is being used by plugins.
