People who written validator may not know intricacies of different parts of the Moodle and create rules conforming with that is highly inconvenient in different circumstances - see MDLSITE-1621 for example. Having the validator turning code automatically this is hard and create outrage.

It would be much better if people submitting their code at least know whom they are supposed to contact if they think they have a valid reason to have a validator expection case.
