      • hide user ratings until we decide what to do with them
      • in DB table local_plugins_review_outcome add field for storing grades
      • add UI in 'edit review' form to set (adjust) the grades
      • show outcomes on all review criterias (was forgotten in HQ-63)
      • show the grades for particular review
      • show the average grade for version (instead of rating)
      • show pseudo-average grade for plugin: for each criteria show the average on the last version graded
      • on the Reviews tab show dropdown with versions and "Add review" button
      • in truncated review show reviews on all criterias
      • think how to make version/plugin review pages not so confusing
