    • use a crystal ball or irc chat to try and figure it out

      Many of the other fields have nice little help popups describing what they are for; however, the change log url is not listed. I would like to see us come up with some type of recommended practice for Moodle changelogs. Could these be generated from git log for those using Git repositories?
