Further requirements and bugs:

VL - versions list (default contents of Versions tab)
VV - view one version
EV - edit version screen
AV - add version screen
RP - version info on "register new plugin" screen

AV,EV,RP: During add/edit version field is populated with (the first available): 1) The value entered in the form field. 2) (AV,RP only) Sought and taken from version.php 3) Auto-populated with today's date and 00 (f.e.2011061500)
??? Do we require and check uniqueness of version names within the project?

VL: Links "Release notes, Website, Alternative download location, Repository" should look different if they lead anywhere or not (or not display them at all when they are broken)

VV: "Requirements" should be bold or highlighted.
??? VV,RP: Why not call it "Supported and/or required software" here as well?

EV: On edit screen, release notes format allowed me to change to html but do not allow to change back.

VV: lacks better format of output

AV,RP: should have all fields, but user can choose to autopopulate some of them

Check that only users with proper permissions can add/edit/delete versions
VL: check that there may be several current versions (for different versions of Moodle)
