Display the plugins within each award, category, set, recent plugins using the same function and layout

Plugin may have status "Pending for approval"/"Approved"/"Disapproved"

The moderator (with the permission to approve) should have buttons "approve" and "disapprove" when applicable

The contributor should have button "request re-approval" if his plugin was disapproved

Display (and count?) only the visible plugins:
1) available and approved
2) others where this user is a contributor
3) all others if this user has permission to set approval

Make sure unavailable/unapproved/pending-for-approval plugins have different classes and visually different

Add flag to awards and sets tables whether to show this award/set on the front page

Approve/disapprove versions, make sure only the proper versions are visible and unavailable/not approved are highlighted

Modify reports to view disapproved/not-yet-approved plugins and versions

After moderator approves a plugin, he should be redirected to the versions page to approve the versions

Make the category field in "register plugin" required but empty on default (so users don't accidentally put all plugins into the first category)

Make sure when versions that are unavailable do not screw the current/previous versions list
