Fatal PHP error received when trying to access Administration CVS tab on moodle.org

      I'm an admin on Moodle.org. When I try to click the admin tab when viewing developers (http://moodle.org/mod/cvsadmin/view.php?cid=1) I get a PHP catchable fatal error (see screenshot).
