An admin can reset the dashboard for all users

      1. As administrator navigate to Site administration > Appearance > Default Dashboard page and click 'Reset Dashboard for all users'.
      2. As a student, log in and go to your Dashboard. Remove the Latest badges, Calendar and Private files block. Add a new block of your choice.
      3. As administrator, return to_ Site administration > Appearance > Default Dashboard page _and turn on editing. Add an HTML block (eg, titled 'Contact Admin', with some text.) Click 'Reset Dashboard for all users'.
      4. As the same student, return to your Dashboard. Verify the Latest badges, Calender and Private files blocks have returned and that you now have a new HMTL block, eg 'Contact Admin'
