CLONE - User interface, File Picker behaves as expected in Internet Explorer

      Test Pre-requisites:

      • This test must be executed in the Internet Explorer web browser.
      • Javascript must be enabled in the web browser.
      • Ajax must be enabled in Site administration > Appearance > Ajax and Javascript.

      Test Steps:
      1. Navigate to Course administration > Users > Groups
      2. Click 'Create group' and verify that the file picker is launched to upload "New picture"
      3. Click on "Choose a file" and upload file.
      4. Verify that file gets uploaded.
