This test requires an administrator, teacher and student account.

1. Log in as a teacher in a course and create an assignment with file submissions enabled in 'Submission types'
2. Click the assignment and click 'Submissions' in the secondary navigation.
3. Open the menu (ellipsis) in the Status column for the student in the submissions table and verify you do NOT see an option to 'Edit submission'.
4. Log in as administrator and from Users>Permissions>Define roles, edit the teacher role to allow 'mod/assign:editothersubmission'
5. Log back in as the teacher and repeat step 2.
6. Open the menu (ellipsis) in the Status column for the student in the submissions table and verify you do now see the option to 'Edit submission'
7. Click this option and verify you can upload a file for the student.
8. Save the changes.
