      1. As admin, create new question banks on different courses.
      2. Add some questions to these new question banks.
      3. As teacher, go to a course and create a Quiz activity.
      4. In the quiz activity, create questions.
      5. Add question from the question banks you have created.
      6. Verify the question bank name is displayed next to the question name:
