CLONE - A teacher can specify the maximum number of uploaded files for an assignment submission

      1. Log in as a teacher and create an assignment activity with file submissions as submission type and maximum number of uploaded files set to 2.
      2. Log out then log in as a student and go to the assignment.
        Click the 'Add submission' button and verify that an area for dragging and dropping files is displayed.
      3. Drag and drop a file into the area then save changes.
      4. Verify that the file is listed as a file submission.
      5. Click the button 'Edit submission'.
      6. Add another file, then save changes.
      7. Verify that the second file is listed as a file submission.
      8. Click the button 'Edit submission'.
      9. Attempt to add another file.
      10. Verify that it is not possible to add another file, as the maximum number of uploaded files is set to 2.
