When Ajax is turned off, course controls work correctly for topic format in paged mode.

      Test Pre-requisites:

      • Disable Ajax in Site administration > Appearance > Ajax and Javascript or JavaScript in your browser.
      • Any course in Moodle that has the course format set to Topics.
      • Course administration > Course layout is set to "Show one section per page".

      Test Steps:
      1. Navigate the course home page.
      2. Turn editing on/off with the button in the settings menu and verify you are returned to where you were.
      3. Add a resource to a section, then verify you are returned to where you were.
      4. Move a resource between sections, then verify you are returned to where you were.
      5. Indent a resource, then you are returned to where you were.
      6. Edit a resource, then verify you are returned to where you were.
      7. Hide a resource then verify you are returned to where you were.
      8. Delete a resource, then verify you are returned to where you were.
      9. Duplicate a resource, then verify you are returned to where you were.
      10. Hide a section, then verify the section is hidden.
      11. Set a section as the current topic and verify it has been marked visually.
      12. Move a section and verify that the section has been moved.
      13. Add the section links block and verify that the section links are working correctly.
