LDAP auth settings form problem with 'Member Attribute' and 'Member Attribute uses dn'

      The configuration form for the LDAP auth plugin has a small bug, as it uses a wrong input field name for the 'Member Attribute uses dn'. Instead of using 'memberattribute_isdn' it uses 'memberattribute', which effectively overwrites the value of the 'Member attribute' field.

      The attached patches fix the issue for 1.8 and HEAD.
