Not possible to Not possibe to view Separate Groups in the Database Activity Module

      I assume this bug is the related to MDL-9185

      Even though a Database activity is set to 'Separate Groups', there is no "Separate groups" pull down menu at the top of a Database page.

      I have attached 2 jpgs: one showing the correct behaviour in 1.6.2, the second showing the bug (no group menu) in 1.8+.
