Forum: Ability to export content at the end of the term

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Go to a course and create a forum.
      3. Add a discussion and create few replies.
      4. In the main Forum page click in the cog and then click in Export.
      5. Select an export format and then click Export.
      6. Make sure the discussion content gets exported format
        • Please note, HTML table and PDF are not working at the moment and those errors are going to be fixed by MDL-66314
      7. Enrol an user as teacher.
      8. Log in as teacher and go to that forum.
      9. Click in the cog.
      10. Make sure you can see Export option in the menu.
      11. Now as admin, remove forum:export capability from teacher.
      12. Try to export the content as teacher.
      13. Make sure an exception is triggered.

      My faculty would really like the ability to export the content from each forum as a record of the "conversation" from each term. That way, we could keep it as an archive or as a record of the activity in the class.
