This is a new VPS Server with the latest php and MySQL.

Both 1.7.1+ and 1.8 will not import users from csv or text. Import stops after 4 or 5 users out of my list of 8000.

I've taken the same csv file and imported to Moodle 1.5.3 with no problem.

I have no idea but I assume it must be something to do with the environment so I'm not putting any new sites on this box.

If Martin or someone wants access to this cPanel site to work in the environment let me know.
