Forum timed posts: display period not displayed

      • Enable the timed posts feature (forum_enabletimedposts).
      • In a course, create a forum.
      • For the following, given the discussion names something to match the times you're setting so its easier to verify the tooltip (i.e. name the first one, "timestart in future, no timeend")
      • In that forum, create a new discussion and set the time start field to the future.
      • Create another with the time end in the past.
      • Create another with time start in the past and time end in the future.
      • Create another with time start and end in future or past.
      • Create another with no time restrictions.
      • Now when viewing the forum as a teacher, verify you can see all the posts.
      • Verify that you can see a icon next to all the discussions that are timed
      • Verify that all the ones that should not be open for viewing yet (timestart in future or timeend in past) are dimmed.
      • Hover over each of the icons, verify the tooltip content is correct for each.
      • Now as a student
      • Verify you can only see the discussions that were not dimmed.
      • Verify you also do not see the calendar icon

      When the forum timed posts feature is enabled, users can see their own timed posts even when they are not yet due to appear. This is probably correct but there should be some display indicating that a post is not visible to ordinary users and showing the dates that it will be available.
