Create Course 1 and Course 2, along with Teacher 1 and Teacher 2.
- Enroll Teacher 1 and Teacher 2 into Course 1.
- Teacher 1 should create a question bank and with Question 1 and Question 2 in Course 1.
- Enroll Teacher 2 into Course2.
- Teacher 2 should create a quiz in Course 2.
- Teacher 2 should add Question 1 from the shared question bank in Course 1 to their Quiz on Course 2.
- Unenroll Teacher 2 from Course 1.
- Teacher 2 should try to add Question 2 from the shared question bank in Course 1.
- Teacher 2 gets an error message informing them they no longer have access to that question bank.
Next Expected Behavior: Teacher 2 should return to the 'choose a question bank' window and be allowed to choose a question bank to which they have access.
What Actually Happens: There is no button on the "you have no access" window, but there is an X to close that window. Behind that is the "choose a question bank" modal, but it is empty with a circular loading icon. Teacher 2 can close the empty window and returned to the Quiz without having added a question to the quiz.
