When the latest badges block is placed in a side region or viewed on screens below 425px, the badges stack vertically but appear off-centred.

Affects both mobile view and desktop side regions, leading to a visually unbalanced layout.

Tested using the standard theme on Moodle 4.5

Expected behaviour:
Badges should remain horizontally centred within the block, regardless of screen size or region placement.
