To better align our lead and customer fostering across our products and services the changes to the site registration form are needed.

The following optional fields need to be added to the site registration form.

• First Name (contactfirstname)
• Last Name (contactlastname)
• Company / Institution Name (organisationname)
• Job/ Position function (contactjobfunction)

From a requirements perspective:

• All of these fields are optional
• First name, last name, and comapny/institution name are all free text fields
• The list of job/position values are:
  • Academic Leadership
  • CEO/CFO/COO
  • Human Resources
  • Instructional Designer
  • Management
  • Student/Trainee
  • System Administrator
  • Teacher/Trainer
  • Technology Expert
  • Other, please specify
• For "Other, please specify" if this is seleted for job/position then there should be a free text field available by progressive disclosure in the form

As part of this work we also need to check:

• If anything needs to be added via the Privacy API as we are collecting a persons PII
• If we need to update anything in our Privacy Policy about collection and use of this data (may need to be a seperate tracker issue)

We also should get some content design input on for the text labels for the form and help tips for the new fields; to assist the person registering the site with understanding why the data is being asked for.
