How to reproduce

To reproduce this bug you need Administrator permissions.

1. Via "Site Administration > Users > Define Roles" delete the permission "moodle/question:editall" for the role "editingteacher"
2. Create a question bank in a Moodle course
3. Add one question to this question bank
4. Note: you can see the status of this question in the question bank
5. Enrol as an editingtecher in the course where you created the question bank
6. Navigate to the question you created in step 3
7. Note: you cannot see the status of the question in the question bank

Problem

As I teacher without permission to edit questions in a question bank, I can't see the status or edit the status of a question.

Expected behaviour

As I teacher without permission to edit questions in a question bank, I can see the status of a question but I cannot edit the status of a question.
