While the current icon used to indicate grade penalties (red triangle with an exclamation mark) clearly signals that a penalty has been applied, it could be perceived by some students as more severe than intended, potentially causing a degree of unnecessary concern or anxiety when viewing their grades.

It would be good if the UX team could review this. Perhaps a more neutral indicator could achieve the same level of clarity while maintaining a more encouraging and potentially less stressful user experience for students.

This is a minor point in the grand scheme of things, but a small adjustment could make a positive difference.
