When creating a badge as part of a Moodle 5.0 demo video I noticed the new sentence "What does this badge represent" - and discovered MDL-84577

I realised that is designed to help people add a description but I tried several times to delete the sentence (so I could add my own words) but I couldn't. I then tried different browsers and still couldn't delete the sentence. I finally realised you are supposed to type on top of those words and they will disappear. This is really confusing and not intuitive. 

Additionally  - after discussing with tsala this is inconsistent as no other description field in Moodle has a similar - what I believe is - placeholder text. 

Was there a reason why a help icon was not added to  'Required' icon instead?
