Testing instructions

Test 1 - New param "noreplyemail"
1- Create empty database and point your configuration at it.
2- Run from the terminal the following script:

php admin/cli/install_database.php --agree-license --adminpass=test --noreplyemail="noreply@example.com"

3- Access to your moodle instance and go to Server / Support contact
4- Verify that "No-reply address" field is "noreply@example.com"

Test 2 - New CLI help string
1- Run from the terminal the following script:

php admin/cli/install_database.php -h

2- Verify that there is an entry in the returned text that says '--noreplymail=STRING Email address for support and help.'

Test 3 - Validate noreplyemail
1- Run from the terminal the following script (malformed email is set for noreplyemail):

php admin/cli/install_database.php --agree-license --adminpass=test --noreplyemail="noreplyexamplecom"

2- Verify that you receive an error that says 'Error, incorrect value "noreplyexamplecom" for "noreplyemail"'

When the CLI `install_database.php` script is used `noreplyaddress` is not set.

It would be nice if you were able to set --noreplyaddress=noreply@noreply.noreply on a CLI install.
