Step to reproduce: Create a new course Navigate to More -> Question banks Create the default question bank Add a question to the default question bank Navigate back to the Question banks list Add a new question bank but save it by clicking the Save and return to question bank list Navigate to the default question bank again Select the previously created question and open the Move to... dialogue Search for the new question bank Confirm that the new question bank is on the list Select the question bank Expand the "Question categories" autocomplete Confirm the default category is on the suggestions list
