In the Moodle Forum, when displaying a post, there are a few accessibility issues recently observed/discovered:

• The headings go from H1 to H3 (i.e. there is no H2 level)
• The H3 tag is repeated (as is the post title).

The recommended course of action to remedy this issue:

• Remove/hide the first post title.
• Make the second post title (appearing over the username) an H2 level.
