Hey there;

on our Moodle instance running version 4.4.9 we have encountered a rather odd behavior; when you update a base URL of OAuth2 service and save it, it won't update URLs of the individual endpoints, and there is no button to update/regenerate them manually.

To reproduce:

1. Create a new OAuth2 service on page admin/tool/oauth2/issuers.php
2. Modify the Service base URL to a new, different URL
3. Visit admin/tool/oauth2/endpoints.php page of the specific issuer - all endpoint URLs point to the original provider's URL
