This ist Hilmar Preuße, the maintainer of the mimetex package in Debian. Unfortunately I missed to download version 1.77, when it was available on John's homepage. In #MDL-70769 I've noticed that you've provided pre-compiled binaries, but the mimetex.zip attached there was not updated to version 1.77, it is still version 1.75. I you have still the zip file for version 1.77 around: would you be so kind to share it? Thanks!
