As question banks are designed as course modules now from moodle 5 onwards, they also seem to appear in the bulk completion page.
From my understanding question banks should not have a completion, so they should not be shown in /course/bulkcompletion.php
One additional test case that should be considered when implementing:
- Assign a student the teacher role on a question bank of a course
- Currently the nav node "Course completion" will appear, because the student now can "bulk edit the completion of the question bank". But the node should not appear, because question banks should be excluded from completion editing.
