Since 5.0 (~~MDL-82351~~), the social format has been migrated based on components, not in the deprecated YUI format.

However, those formats have an extra block called social activities. The block now shows the button to add subsections, but the option does nothing.

This issue will fix the subsection button in the social activities block footer.
