      Hi ...

I have the same problem on several instances of the moodle server hosted in our federal state (moodle version 4.1), but not on all of them.

I create an H5P of the type ‘Single choice set’ in the content store, with three questions and one correct and one incorrect answer each.
      Question 1
      True
      False

      Question 2
      True
      False

      Question 3
      True
      False

When using the quiz, I answer correctly twice and incorrectly once. Accordingly, two thirds of the entire quiz should be correct, or 67%.
On some instances, however, you can see this type of evaluation:
In the lower section, all questions are treated individually and the sum of the evaluation comes fourth. However, only one score is transferred to Moodle and in this setting it is the ‘best result’, i.e. one out of one point.
As soon as users have answered a question correctly, the entire quiz is always rated as 100% correct. The result does not really depend on the settings in the H5P activity. Of course, there are other variants than "best result".

But actually, the ‘single choice set’ should always be totalled and the overall result considered. On some instances, the result of the same quiz with two correct and one incorrect answer looks as I would expect it to look.

I have tried to find out where the difference between the instances could be. The only possibility I see is that I have installed H5P types on my school instance that are not yet officially released. I could have infected the other instances that have the same problem by uploading an H5P file or also by installing a non-official quiz type.

So I tried to compare the installed libraries between instances where the correct result comes out with those where the wrong result comes out. And I found differences, but I'm not really sure if that could be the cause. Because the differences have nothing to do with the ‘single choice’ set.

It would be nice if someone here could give me a hint as to which of the installed quiz types might be the problem. At the same time, you should perhaps tell the developer that he may have installed a bug.

If necessary, we could also meet online and I could show the behaviour again. However, I have already shown it to experienced Moodle administrators who are just as amazed by the result as I am.

      Thanks ... Birgit

PS: The simplest solution would of course be to remove all self-installed libraries, but I'm looking for a minimal solution that each instance maintainer can do themselves if necessary
