Create ddmatch question type with blank subquestion but non-blank answer. I am under the impression, and have been doing in moodle version pre 4.5, in ddmatch questions, it’s valid (and intentional) to have subquestions (the left-hand prompts) missing as long as the answertext is provided to distract with extra answer options.

But now in my current moodle version 4.5+ i am getting this error while duplicating any quiz (even the particular quiz without ddmatch questions!):  Exception - Attempt to assign property "subquestions" on false
