we can't add a member of staff to more than 1 group in a grouping. This is a problem e.g a tutor has 4 groups which they need to manage but with the current group admin we can only assign the AL to one of the groups - how do they access the others? How to course staff access all the groups unless they are listed as a member of each group?
This was possible before & will cause problems if it stays as it is now. We have a number of courses which have staff/als in more than 1 group within a
grouping. How will this affect those courses?

If created groups outside a grouping would solve this problem... can you enable this on learn as its not currently possible to create a group without a grouping
