I was under the impression the issue of missing option is fixed. I am using Moodle 4.5.4+ (Build: 20250424) I have imported questions/courses from old versions in my earlier Moodle 4.5+  and i am not able to duplicate quiz (even with Moodle 4.5.4) with error showing up:
