If the draggable item in the question type "ordering" uses elements with html code (e.g. bold text or LateX) the question itself is rendered correctly in the preview. The "right answer" feedback however, displays the raw html code.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a quiz.
   1. In Question behavior, for 'How question behave' set 'Immediate feedback'
   2. In Review options, check 'Right answer' in the 'During the attempt' section
2. Create a new question type "ordering"
3. as dragable item 1 use "Moodle auto-format" and a LateX formula (e.g. squareroot of 5)
4. as dragable item 2 use "html format" and html coded text (e.g. bold text)
5. save question
6. preview question. everything is rendered correctly.
7. click "check". in the feedback the raw html code is displayed. furthermore in Moodle 4.5 LateX is not rendered (this seems to be resolved in 5.0 where LateX is rendered)

tested in 4.5 and 5.0 sandbox.
