Problem
When viewing a top-level question category in the Question Bank, Moodle flattens all questions from its subcategories into a single view. However, there is currently no way to tell which subcategory a question actually belongs to. This makes it very difficult to manage, sort, or reorganize questions — especially when working with complex category trees.
Suggestion
Please add an optional column to the Question Bank view that shows the full category path or the specific subcategory each question is in. This would make the interface far more usable for admins and teachers dealing with large question banks.
Why it matters
- Helps identify misplaced questions after import or movement
- Supports better organization in nested structures
- Saves time and reduces errors when moving questions into the correct subcategory
