Go to a course

Go to More > Communication

Add some arbitrary "custom link" as communication provider

Save the form and go back to the course main page

Verify that the communication button aligns with the styling of the footer (questionmark) button

Steps to reproduce:

Login as admin
Enable the enablecommunicationsubsystem setting
Go to a course
Go to More > Communication
Add some arbitrary "custom link" as communication provider
Save the form and go back to the course main page

Expected result:

The communication button aligns with the styling of the footer (questionmark) button

Actual result:

The communication button does not align with the styling of the footer (questionmark) button

Analysis:

The footer (questionmark) button's CSS classes have been changed from Moodle 4.x to 5 and I expect that the communication button simply has been forgotten.
