Successful authentication with my backpack provider causes a database write error.

      When I attempt to connect to my badgr.com backpack at moodle.org/badges/mybackpack.php, I am redirected to moodle.org/badges/backpackemailverify.php, where I see:

      Error writing to database

      This page cites docs.moodle.org/500/en/index.php?title=error/moodle/dmlwriteexception.

      My estimate is that this is because my backpack password is 128 characters, or that it includes symbols. That is why I have triaged this to "BACKEND" and "Database QSL/XMLDB". Please re-triage as appropriate, especially since IDK what version this affects.
