1. Create a course C1 (Shortname is C1 and fullname is Course 1)
2. Create a Folder and name it "folder"
3. Ensure that the title (browser page title) of the "New folder" form is is "New Folder | C1 | Site name" 
4. Click Save and display
5. Ensure that the title (browser page title) is "C1 | folder | Site name" (test for view.php page)
6. Click on the "Settings" link
7. Ensure that the title (browser page title) is "Edit Folder - folder | C1"  (test for edit.php page)
8. Click Save and display
9. Go to the <siteurl>/mod/folder/index.php?id=COURSEID (where COURSEID is the C1 course ID value)
10. Ensure that the title (browser page title) is "C1| Folders | Site name" (test for index.php page)
