In ~~MDL-81790~~ the activity and course dropdown filters have been removed from the Logs report. We should do the same for Course dropdown filter when the workflow to access is Course > Reports > Logs

will be (partly) resolved by

MDL-81790 The 'Logs' section at the activity 'More' menu should direct users to a dedicated activity logs page
