Hi all, I've picked up on an issue with quizzes, where open attempts are submitted automatically. The activity completion report, when an attempt is submitted automatically is not reflecting that the conditions are met.

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to either sandbox404.moodledemo.net or sandbox405.moodledemo.net
2. Create a quiz activity
   1. Give it a name
   2. Under timing
      1. set the time limit for each attempt to 2 minutes
      2. Set when time expires, to open attempts are submitted automatically
   3. Under completion conditions
      1. Select the add requirements radio button
      2. ensure that 'view activity' is checked
      3. ensure that minimum attempts is checked, and that it's set to 1
   4. Save and display
3. Create a question
4. Log in as a student and start the quiz attempt
5. Immediately after starting the quiz attempt, close the tab/window and wait until the 2 minutes pass
6. Back as an admin or teacher, go to the quiz and view the attempts report
   1. Notice that the attempt for the student is marked as 'finished'
7. Go to the course's activity completion report

Observed: The completion report shows that the quiz is not marked as completed for the student, despite conditions being met. You can confirm this by logging back in as a student, going to the quiz and seeing that both view activity and attempts:1 are met

Expected: When the attempt is submitted, it should satisfy both conditions in the activity completion report, as the student viewed the activity, at least started the attempt, and then it was submitted automatically, completing the 1 minimum required attempt.
