When updating activity completion in Moodle or registering a new activity, a database error occasionally occurs (a dmlwriteexception is triggered).
Also, for learners, although it appears on screen that the activity completion requirements have been met, the completion checkbox is not marked when returning to the course page.
No debug messages are output either.
Is it possible that the VideoTime plugin is creating invalid data in Moodle's database, preventing the activity completion process from working properly?
