Log in to a course with teacher/student access.

Access an activity/resource in the course (eg Announcement forum).

Access the Dashboard page.

Add the "Recently accessed items" block on the Dashboard.

Confirm that names for the items in the "Recently accessed items" block has H4 heading levels.
(Use the browser's Inspect element (Dev tools) to check that a <h4> element is used.)

The activity names in the Recently accessed items block use a H6.

This should be H4 since the block title heading levels are now H3 (Previously block titles were H5).
