Add missing step to mod/glossary/tests/behat/glossary_autolink.feature

      1. Run the behat test in mod/glossary/tests/behat/glossary_autolink.feature: 

        mdk behat -r -f mod/glossary/tests/behat/glossary_autolink.feature

      2. Check it's skipped.
      3. Add the following to the config.php (above require_once(__DIR__ . '/lib/setup.php'; ) : 

        define('TOOL_LANGIMPORT_REMOTE_TESTS', true);

      4. Check the test fails in main branch and passes in 5.0 branch.

      When MDL-51119 was integrated, a missing step in the behat test was missed:

      remote langimport tests are enabled

      This is causing behat failures in the main branch because the langpack for 5.1 doesn't exist yet: https://ci.moodle.org/job/W.03.01%20-%20Behat%20-%20Chrome%20+%20Postgres%20(mlbackend)/2249/
