I imported a set of quiz questions exported from Moodle 4.5 using the Moodle XML format into a fresh Moodle 5 installation. The import process completed without showing any error, and the message displayed was:

594 questions imported successfully.

However, when I navigate to the Question bank, no questions are visible in the category I imported into (including checking under "Default for [course name]" and other categories).
