As user Kaleek mentioned in MDL-72050, our users are currently receiving an error message when uploading a certain number of files in the Database activity. The error message appears after about 30 files are uploaded. Users then continue to receive the error message in other courses as well.
We're currently (still) running on Moodle 4.1.17.
To reproduce the error, create a database (Database activity) and upload any files with a test user in the Student role. After uploading about 30 files, the error message "Your file uploads are temporarily limited after you uploaded a high volume of files. Please wait then try again." will appear. However, the error may also occur after fewer file uploads.
