In your course:

1. Create two question banks AA and BB
2. In the question bank AA create a question
3. In the question bank BB create a category "X, Y, Z"
4. Go to question bank AA, select the created question and trigger the move to action
5. In the dialogue, change the target question bank to BB.

Expected:

In the cateogry selection you see the "X, Y, Z" category and can select it.

Actual behaviour:

The "X, Y, Z" category is not visible.
