Steps to reproduce:

1. Follow the testing instructions of MDL-80984 until section "Testing: Apply penalty to overridden mark" (included).
2. Login as the student with the grade penalty and the penalty exemption.
3. Go to the assignment with the penalty exemption.

Expected behaviour:

• The penalty indicator is not displayed, and the original grade is displayed 

Actual behaviour:

• The penalty indicator is displayed, although the displayed grade is the original.
