Since the update from Moodle 4.1.6 to 4.5.3, we get this error when we duplicating a quiz. But only if the question is in the question bank:

1. Create a course
2. Create a quiz
3. Add a question to the quiz
4. Duplicate the quiz -->no error
5. Move the question to the question bank.
6. Duplicate the quiz -->Error occurs!
